All Lines Technology is seeking a highly organized and technically proficient IT Supply Chain Coordinator to to optimizer supply chain operations, ensuring efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and seamless logistics.
Responsibilities:
• Lead and execute the full IT procurement lifecycle, from initial requirement gathering and vendor selection to contract negotiation, execution, and ongoing vendor management.
• Spearhead negotiations for a wide range of IT contracts, including but not limited to:
o Software licenses and subscriptions (SaaS, perpetual, enterprise agreements)
o Hardware purchases and maintenance agreements
o Cloud services (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS)
o Managed services and professional services
o Telecommunications and networking contracts
• Develop and implement negotiation strategies to achieve optimal pricing, terms, and service levels, including renewal strategies.
• Negotiate and define clear Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with vendors, ensuring they meet the organization's operational requirements and performance expectations.
• Conduct thorough market research and spend analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities and drive value.
• Collaborate closely with legal, finance, and IT stakeholders to ensure contract compliance and mitigate risks.
• Establish and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with key IT vendors.
• Manage vendor performance, addressing any issues or disputes promptly and effectively.
• Develop and refine procurement policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and emerging technologies to inform procurement strategies.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in IT procurement, with a proven track record of successfully negotiating complex IT contracts.
• Extensive experience with software licensing models, SaaS agreements, cloud service contracts, and the negotiation of robust Service Level Agreements (SLAs) is essential.
• Demonstrated expertise in negotiation strategies, contract law, and vendor management best practices.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficiency with procurement software and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CPSM, CIPS) are a plus.
