All Lines Technology is seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter who will be responsible for conducting full life cycle recruiting including sourcing, resume screening, recruiting, screening and interviewing candidates for a variety of technical positions, including software engineers, system administrators, cloud engineers, network engineers, computer programmers, database administrators, help desk, desktop, deployment analysts and many more.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Source and interview applicants for current technical positions and build a pipeline of candidates for future opportunities.
- Meet with account managers to determine job duties and understand job descriptions.
- Source candidates through an internal database, internet job boards, referrals and become an expert user in LinkedIn/LinkedIn Recruiter to find top talent.
- Review resume's and match applicants to job openings.
- Call applicants and perform initial phone screens to evaluate candidate qualifications against job requirements.
- Conduct in office face-to-face interviews to determine overall fit and utilize Skype/FT/Teams for non-local candidates.
- Present job opportunities to qualified candidates and discuss contract and salary terms.
- Instruct applicants on the nature of the job, the interview process and whom they will be speaking with during the interview.
- Arrange for travel and lodging for non-local candidates.
- Facilitate meeting between hiring manager and candidate.
- Prepare candidates for interviews with hiring managers.
- Hand out and grade assessments.
- Create profile of candidate backgrounds for hiring manager considerations.
- Conduct reference checks.
- Understand background checks on applicants and identify potential red flags.
- Inform candidate of company's decision and present offer on behalf of client.
- Understand offer letters and negotiate salary and benefits.
- Inform applicants not chosen of company's decision.
- Initiate candidate file and keep track of all documents and applications.
- Attend career fairs, networking events, professional association meetings.
- Work with colleges and technical schools to recruit students for entry level positions.
- Meet weekly with Recruiting Team members to review the status of open positions and assign coverage.
- Attend training sessions when scheduled.
