We are seeking an experienced Oracle EBS Technical Developer to support the integration of the Fairmarkit procurement solution within an Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) R12.2.11 environment. This role will focus on Oracle Procurement modules, business events, workflows, and REST-based integrations to enable seamless procurement automation and AI-driven sourcing.
The ideal candidate has strong hands-on experience with Oracle EBS technical components, understands procurement business processes, and can translate those processes into scalable Oracle event-driven integrations.
Key Responsibilities
  • Support and enhance the integration of the Fairmarkit solution within Oracle EBS R12.2.11
  • Develop and maintain integrations related to Oracle Procurement (Requisitions, Purchase Orders, Suppliers)
  • Design and configure Oracle Business Events, including:
    • Event subscriptions
    • Payload structures
    • Event lifecycle management and limitations
  • Build and consume ERP REST APIs to:
    • Create and update purchase orders, requisitions, and supplier data
  • Analyze and translate procurement business processes into Oracle workflows and event triggers
  • Work with approval workflows and ensure alignment with procurement policies
  • Troubleshoot and resolve integration, data, and workflow issues within EBS
  • Collaborate with functional, integration, and security teams to ensure proper role and privilege design
  • Develop and support custom solutions using SQL, PL/SQL, concurrent programs, forms, and reports

Required Skills & Qualifications (Must Have)
  • 5+ years of experience as an Oracle EBS Technical Developer
  • Strong experience with Oracle ERP Procurement modules, including:
    • Requisitions
    • Purchase Orders
    • Suppliers
    • Approval workflows
  • In-depth understanding of Oracle Business Events, including:
    • Event subscriptions
    • Payload structures
    • Event lifecycle and limitations
  • Experience with ERP REST APIs for transactional data integration
  • Strong working knowledge of:
    • Oracle EBS R12.2.x
    • SQL and PL/SQL
    • Oracle Database 19c
    • EBS Forms, Reports, and Concurrent Programs
  • Familiarity with Oracle ERP security roles and privileges
  • Ability to bridge technical solutions with procurement business needs

Nice to Have Skills
  • Prior experience implementing Fairmarkit or other AI-driven procurement/sourcing platforms
  • Experience with data transformation and integration formats:
    • JSON ↔ JSON
    • JSON ↔ XML
  • Java development experience
  • Experience with Orbit Reports
