All Lines Technology is seeking a highly organized and technically proficient Project Manager to lead the implementation, optimization, and ongoing management of our Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, maintenance operations, and CMMS platforms, with a proven ability to drive cross-functional collaboration and deliver results on time and within budget.

All Lines Technology is seeking a highly organized and technically proficient Project Manager to lead the implementation, optimization, and ongoing management of our Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, maintenance operations, and CMMS platforms, with a proven ability to drive cross-functional collaboration and deliver results on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end CMMS implementation projects, including planning, configuration, testing, training, and go-live support.
- Collaborate with maintenance, IT, and operations teams to define system requirements and workflows.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful delivery.
- Develop and maintain documentation including project plans, SOPs, training materials, and user guides.
- Provide ongoing support and continuous improvement of the CMMS platform post-implementation.
- Monitor system performance and data integrity, ensuring accurate asset tracking, work order management, and preventive maintenance scheduling.
- Train and support end-users to maximize system adoption and effectiveness.
- Generate and analyze CMMS reports to support data-driven decision-making.
- Stay current with CMMS trends, tools, and best practices.
- Hands-on experience with CMMS platforms (e.g., Fiix, eMaint, MPulse, IBM Maximo, or similar).
- Experience with data migration and system integrations (e.g., ERP, IoT sensors).
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance standards (e.g., OSHA, GMP).
- Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
- Strong understanding of maintenance operations, asset management, and reliability principles.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Jira).
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- PMP or similar project management certification is a plus.
