Job Description:
All Lines Technology is looking for a driven, detail-oriented Inside Sales Representative to support our sales organization. You’ll manage opportunities with urgency and accountability—from initial inquiry through quoting, order placement, and customer follow-through—while keeping stakeholders informed every step of the way.
In this role, you will support both new customer acquisition and the ongoing needs of existing accounts. You’ll collaborate closely with Outside Sales, Engineering, Service Delivery, Procurement, Accounting, and our vendor/distribution partners to move deals accurately through the pipeline and ensure a smooth handoff from quote to delivery.
You will deliver customer value by understanding requirements, coordinating with manufacturers and distributors to secure competitive pricing, and producing accurate, professional proposals across our solutions and services portfolio. Success in this position requires a proactive mindset—anticipating renewals, following up consistently, surfacing issues early, and ensuring requests are completed without drop-off.
Responsibilities Include:
- Own the sales process from initial request through order placement, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
- Create high‑quality, accurate, and professional proposals and quotes.
- Collaborate with OSRs, Engineering, Service Delivery, Procurement, and Accounting to move opportunities forward.
- Manage deal registrations, special pricing, and vendor coordination.
- Maintain accurate documentation and system records across ConnectWise Manage, ConnectWise Sell, Microsoft SharePoint and Microsoft Dynamics.
- Proactively monitor renewals and initiate outreach ahead of deadlines.
- Provide exceptional communication across internal and external customers.
- Collaborate with engineering and field sales teams to create customer-facing proposals.
- Work with vendor and manufacturer teams to negotiate best pricing on an opportunity-by-opportunity basis.
- Develop relationships with prospects and customers through regular follow-up and engagement.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process and after the sale is made.
- Continuously improve sales skills and product knowledge through training and development opportunities.
- As needed, aid accounting team with collection attempts on delinquent accounts.
