All Lines Technology has an immediate opening for a Technical Specialist in Cranberry! We are looking for a dynamic Technical Specialist contractor with strong technical knowledge and the aptitude to excel in a fast-paced desktop support environment.

Description of Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Install, configure, test, and troubleshoot PC hardware and software applications.
  • Provide support for Microsoft Operating Systems, including Windows 11 and 10, and Microsoft Applications in a corporate environment.
  • Support iOS devices such as iPads, iPhones, and Mac computers.
  • Assist with Local Area Networks (LAN), Wireless Networks, and TCP/IP protocols.
  • Administer Microsoft 365 and demonstrate knowledge of Intune.
  • Offer mobile device support.
  • Utilize the Jira issue tracking system to manage work, analyze trends, and recommend actions to reduce incoming issues.
  • Proactively identify and resolve potential customer service problems.
  • Recommend and implement changes to improve departmental processes and customer service.
  • Manage projects and contribute to the development of global standardizations.
  • Support enterprise applications and tools such as SAP, VPN, Two-Factor Authentication, software deployment tools, and PC encryption.
Special Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required:
  • Proven hardware and software troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication abilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain solid customer relationships.
  • Advanced knowledge of PC imaging processes and software deployment tools.
Education and Experience Required:
  • High School diploma.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in PC support.
