Duties
All Lines Technology is seeking a self-starter with an excellent customer service orientation and strong technical skills in deskside support. The Deskside Technician will provide support to end users and interface with a service desk and an IT support team to meet deliverables. This role is located at a customer facility in a manufacturing environment and involves troubleshooting standard PC hardware and software.
We are looking for an energetic, enthusiastic, highly motivated, and organized individual. A strong emphasis is placed on timely resolution of support requests and delivering high-quality customer service. Ideal candidates should be tech-savvy and adaptable to new technologies and changes.

Skills
  • Experience in deskside support and basic troubleshooting (hardware, software, printing, networking, file shares, etc.)
  • Proficiency in Windows 11 and ability to resolve OS issues
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office 365 applications
  • Experience with ServiceNow or similar ITSM ticketing tools
  • Printer and scanner support across various brands
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Active Directory
  • Experience with computer asset tracking and user ID creation
  • Exposure to VoIP phone systems support and administration
  • Understanding of antivirus software (e.g., Cortex)
  • Ability to work across multiple platforms and devices
  • Strong problem-solving skills and escalation judgment
  • Physical ability to walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs. for equipment setup
  • Compliance awareness and ability to follow centralized compliance protocols
  • Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical audiences
  • Willingness to work overtime or off-hours when needed
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Good organizational, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and work well in a team environment
  • Other duties as assigned
