Experience:
Two years’ experience with Help Desk or IT-related background
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Knowledge of Windows 11 OS, Dell hardware service, and HP printer repair
Dell and HP hardware repair services.
High proficiency with Microsoft Windows OS
Outstanding customer service, good communication skills, and ability to work within a team environment
